After moving to Victoria in 2013 to play golf for UHV, this UHV alumn has made a tremendous impact on the Crossroads Community. From serving on The Children's Discovery and Library Board, Habitat For Humanity, Christ's Kitchen and his church to performing live music during college in and around Victoria. 

Now rooted in the crossroads area with a background in construction and real estate, Jake has been setting it ON FIRE since day one! He has been a TOP PRODUCING REALTOR each and every year since 2019. He was also voted the Victoria - Top 40 Under 40 Realtor in 2021 amongst other accolades and achievements since the beginning of his carreer. Not only is Jake a full time Realtor, but he is also an active Real Estate Investor; you can see that he is ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE! 

Jake met his beautiful wife, Kelley, in 2016 and they have two dogs - Birdie and Bogey. Kelley is a Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner at a local hospital and a great support for Jake and his high-level work ethic. When not helping people with RE he enjoys spending time with his family, playing/watching live music, golf, and is an avid outdoorsman. Fortunately for his clients, there isn't much time he isn't working because he truly has a deep-hearted passion for Real Estate and PEOPLE that drives him. The four most important aspects to his life? God, Family, People, and People!
