Greg Spears, CRS, GRI

Greg Spears began helping families move in and out of Victoria in 1984. He has earned the prestigious CRS, Certified Realtor Specialist (less than 5% of the nations realtors hold this distinction) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) professional designations proving he is among "Victoria's Best". Greg completed training with "Leadership Victoria", a program which selects young leaders from our community to familiarize them with business and community development.

His leadership abilities were also recognized by a group of his peers when he was chosen to become President of the local Board of Realtors, as well as represent them in Austin as local director for Texas Association of Realtors.

In 1996, Greg was awarded the 1996 Realtor of the Year, the highest award by the Victoria Board of Realtors.

January 1, 2005, Greg opened up Greg Spears Realty. Since opening his office he's formed a valuable team of enthusiastic and experienced agents representing many facets of Victoria. His office is complete with administrative staff and the only office in Victoria with a Transaction coordinator.

Greg's dedication and hard work has kept his office one of the top agencies in Victoria, Texas. Greg Spears Realty employs a wealth of marketing and technology for individual client attention.

Greg is a native Victorian. He graduated from St. Joseph High School. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in 1980.
